What Does this echo Result Mean?

I suffering from heart problem and my echo report is also abnormal.my echo report says that...
-LA,LV enlarged.
-Global hypokinesia of LV.
-Grade 2 Diastolic dysfunction.
-Mild MR 2/4, Mild TR 2/4, Mild PAH.PASP = 45mmHg.
-Mild LV Systolic dysfunction, LVEF=49%
Please tell me what i have to do,what precautions should i take.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the echocardiography report is as follows:
There is valvular dysfunction leading to leakage of the atrio-ventricular valves of both sides of heart- left and right.
The valvular dysfunction is causing backflow of blood from left and right ventricles to left and right atria.
The backflow of blood is causing less amount of blood to be pumped during systole.
You need to consult your cardiologist to find the cause of valvular dysfunction and systolic dysfunction.
The treatment can only be planned after knowing the cause of symptoms.
